BLACK OPS 2 Unhandled exception launch fix

Call of Duty Black OPS 2 Launch error fix. So I got Black Ops 2 last week and haven't been able to play it ever since. I kept get an annoying error every time that I tried to launch it in Steam.

Sometimes the game just runs in the background and I have to close it in Task manager and other times it tries to start, I can see the console, but then it just gives an unhandled exception error.

I tried all the suggestion, re-install steam and the game, changing my date and time zone, updating drivers and taking my dog for a walk and then try again(rinse and repeat).

I looked into the windows event log to hopefully find some more clues, there I saw a access denied error from blops. I figured the only thing that could be denying access is the useless windows 7 gaming feature called UAC. Disabled UAC, reboot, tada, games working :P

Step 1:Breathe
Step 2: Disable UAC
Step 3: Google how to disable UAC or ask a kid if there's one in the house
Step 4: Peeew peeeew peeeew
